Applesauce Pork Chops
4 boneless pork chops
1 tbsp oil
2-3 apples peeled, cored, and chopped
1 1/2 cups applesauce
1 cup water
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp corstarch
2 tbsps water

In Saucepan, heat oil and brown pork chops on both sides. Remove from saucepan. Drain the excess oil off, then add the apples, applesauce, water, onion, worcstershire, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Stir and bring to a simmer for a few minutes, then put the pork chops back in and heat thoroughly. Goes great with rice and cooked carrots.


Easy Baked Pork Chops
2-4 pork chops
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
1 tbsp oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp worcesdtershire sauce
1/4 cup catsup

Sprinkle the chops with salt and pepper and garlic powder. Heat oil in saucepan and brown the chops on both sides. Mix together the cream of mushroom soup, worcestershire sauce, and catsup. Pour over dthe chops and bring to simmer. Cover and cook for 45-60 minutes at a slow simmer. Serve over rice noodles or mashed potatoes.
